Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel a firm order only with the written consent of the other party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.  ATS may terminate this Contract as a result of an act of force majeure.  ATS shall have no further liability to produce or ship any Products hereunder and shall have no liability for damages to Customer or others.  If ATS terminates this Contract, other than as a result of an act of force majeure, ATS's sole liability shall be to use reasonable efforts to obtain similar Products from another source at a per-unit product price not in excess of ATS's per-unit quoted price for the Products.
Warranty Policy

ATS warrants that for a twelve-month (12-month) period from commencement of use industrial component products that have been rebuilt or repaired by ATS will be free from defects in workmanship.  Customer must place the Product in service within four (4) years from the time of shipment of the Product.  In no event shall a warranty claim be honored by ATS if made more than five (5) years after shipment of the Product.
ATS passes along to Customer any manufacturer’s warranty on new computer hardware, but ATS makes no independent warranty on new computer hardware.  ATS warrants for a period of twelve (12) months from date of the invoice from ATS that used computer hardware Products furnished hereunder will be of merchantable quality, free from defects in material and workmanship.  Repaired or replacement Products provided under warranty are similarly warranted for a period of six (6) months from the date of shipment to the Customer or the remainder of the original warranty term, whichever is longer.
Customer must contact ATS for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to return the unit for evaluation and possible warranty repair. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost or damaged before they reach ATS.
Purchases of consumable items including but not limited to: Fans, Capacitors, Resistors, Collets and Hardware, DO NOT have any warranty and cannot be returned for credit.

Customer Specifications
ATS does not warrant and will not be liable for any design, materials, or construction criteria furnished or specified by customer and incorporated into the Products or for Products made by or sourced from other manufacturers or vendors specified by Customer.  Any warranty applicable to such Customer-specified Products will be limited to the warranty, if any, extended by the original manufacturer or vendor other than ATS to the extent permissible thereunder
Satisfaction of the above warranties will be limited, at ATS’s option, to the replacement, repair, re-performance or modification of, or issuance of a credit for the purchase price of the Products or services involved, and where applicable only after the return of such Products with ATS's consent.  Replace¬ment Products may be new or reconditioned.  Any warranty service (consisting of time, travel, and expenses related to such services) performed other than at ATS's repair facility, will be at Customer's expense.                         
Warranty satisfaction is available only if (a) ATS is promptly notified in writing and (b) ATS’s examination discloses, to its satisfaction, that any alleged defect has not been caused by misuse; neglect; improper installation, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration or modification; accident; or unusual deterioration or degradation of the Products or parts thereof due to physical environment or electrical or electromagnetic noise environment.
Exclusion of Implied Warranty

The above warranties are in lieu of all other warranties whether expressed, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use, or performance of application warranties, and extended only to customers purchasing from ATS of its appointed distributors.
Please note: We do not refund original shipping and handling charges. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, acts of god, misuse, accidents, commercial use, and any modifications to the product, improper connection, improper use, or attempted repair by any service center other than ATS. This warranty does not cover shipping, installation, removal or any other costs.
